Current Malaysia PDPA registration status
Based on JPDP's written response and the operator's current business activities and licence status, the operator has documented that mandatory Data Controller registration does not currently apply. This position must be reviewed if the business, licence or legal requirements change.

Sensitive upload warnings
Customers are reminded to upload only information that is necessary, authorised and appropriate for the supported business function.
Ongoing safeguards
Privacy, security, retention and incident-handling measures are reviewed and improved as the product and applicable requirements evolve.
